A practical trading model

Build the order around the project.

The proposed service model connects buyers with Chinese manufacturers and wholesale suppliers, with a documented process for specifications, quotations, supplier checks, inspections and shipment preparation.

The trading role is separate from manufacturing and engineering approval. Supplier identity, available products, authorizations, warranties and service scope must be confirmed for each transaction.

Sourcing portfolio

One brief. A focused shortlist.

Explore the proposed categories. Final specifications, availability and conformity depend on the selected supplier and destination market.

Proposed commercial services

Coordinate the details
that make an order work.

01

Factory & wholesaler sourcing

Identify candidates against the buyer's product brief, order size, production needs and target market. Distinguish manufacturers, distributors and trading intermediaries.

02

Quotation & negotiation support

Compare like-for-like specifications, MOQ, lead time, payment terms and Incoterms. Support negotiations and clarify exclusions before order placement.

03

Supplier due diligence coordination

Arrange registration checks, supplier document review and independent factory audits when agreed. Verify the contracting entity and payment beneficiary.

04

Sampling & inspection coordination

Arrange samples, buyer-approved inspection criteria and third-party inspections. Review model, quantity, labeling, packaging and agreed test records.

05

Trade documentation support

Coordinate invoices, packing lists, export documents and origin documentation where applicable. Destination clearance is handled with appointed licensed agents.

06

Freight & after-sales coordination

Coordinate suitable freight options, insurance enquiries and shipment milestones. Support warranty communication with the contracted supplier.

Service fees, responsibilities, inspection limits and delivery terms should be agreed in writing before work begins.

Procurement workflow

A clear path from brief to delivery.

01

Define the requirement

Application, destination, specifications, quantity, certification needs and delivery schedule.

02

Compare the shortlist

Evaluate supplier documents, technical offers, commercial terms and sample requirements.

03

Confirm & inspect

Agree the contract, acceptance criteria, payment milestones and inspection arrangements.

04

Ship & follow through

Coordinate documentation, carrier acceptance, freight and supplier warranty communication.

Evidence before claims

Procurement confidence starts with documentation.

Brand names and headline capacities are only part of the decision. Build a comparable evidence pack around the exact model and batch being purchased.

No manufacturer affiliation, authorized dealership, certification or performance guarantee is represented by this concept. Such claims require supporting evidence.

Product & supplier identityLegal entity, manufacturing source, exact model and batch traceability.
Technical & compliance recordsDatasheets, applicable test reports and destination-specific requirements.
Battery transport preparationApplicable transport classification, UN 38.3 records, SDS, packaging and carrier requirements.
Commercial protectionInspection criteria, payment milestones, warranty exclusions and claim procedure.
Buyer questions

Before you place an order.

Is this a manufacturer or a trading service?

This concept presents a proposed sourcing and coordination service, not an owned factory. The manufacturing source and contracting party should be identified in each quotation.

Can specific Chinese brands be requested?

Yes, the RFQ can identify preferred brands or performance criteria. Availability, supply-chain traceability and any distribution authorization must be checked before a brand is offered.

What determines the best battery cell for a project?

Application, usable energy, duty cycle, temperature range, integration requirements and documented test conditions. A qualified engineer should approve cell and system compatibility.

Does freight coordination include customs clearance?

The agreed scope should state who is exporter, importer of record and appointed broker. Destination duties, permits, taxes and clearance services must be expressly included or excluded.

Are all listed services already available?

The portfolio on this private concept is proposed for review. Actual company capabilities, supplier relationships and service commitments have not been verified here.

Start with the specification

Prepare a sourcing brief.

Give suppliers a clear requirement so their quotations can be compared on the same basis.

This tool creates an RFQ draft on your device. It does not send an enquiry or store your details.
